Our courteous and professional team will guide you through a simple five step process to make your design a reality.

Step One - Free initial site visit to discuss your project, scheduled monday through friday based on your convenience.  Late afternoon hours are available.

Step Two - We will provide you with a detailed work proposal that will outline the design work and our cost of services.  The work proposal will be delivered to you via email typically within 48 business hours from the inital site visit.

Step Three - Once the work proposal is accepted by you, you must contact our office and schedule a home measurement.  At the home measurement, please provide the signed work proposal and the retainer payment.  Once again, the home measurement will be scheduled monday through friday based on your convenience.  Late afternoon hours are available.

Step Four - Preliminary design drawings are provided to you via email for your review and modification. 

Step Five - Once the preliminary design drawings are approved by you, we will finalize the drawings into a set of complete construction drawings for contractor bidding, obtaining building permits and construction.
